流行特征 該病流行呈性分布，但多為隱性感染或原蟲攜帶者。我國各地近年調(diào)查，其感染率在.％—.％不等，農(nóng)村感染率高于城鎮(zhèn)，成人高于兒童。動物飼養(yǎng)者、屠宰工人、類加工廠和剝制動物毛皮的工人、獸醫(yī)等人群弓形蟲感染率較高。病理生理弓形蟲主要經(jīng)消化道侵入人體。首先子孢子或滋養(yǎng)體侵入腸粘膜細胞并在其中繁殖，引起腸粘膜細胞破裂，滋養(yǎng)體流或淋巴播散，造成蟲血癥，進一步侵犯各種組織，在組織細胞內(nèi)迅速分裂增殖引起宿主細胞破壞，再侵犯臨近細胞，如此反復，引起局部組織細胞壞死，形成壞死病灶和以單核細胞侵潤為主的急性炎癥反應。弓形蟲病變可見于人體任何。常見部位有淋巴結(jié)、眼、腦、心、肺、肝和肌，其中以淋巴結(jié)、眼和腦的病變特征性。 淋巴結(jié) 是獲得性弓形蟲病zui常侵犯的部位。其炎癥反應具有特征性，表現(xiàn)為高度的濾泡增生，生發(fā)中心的邊緣細胞胞漿呈嗜酸性變，組織巨噬細胞不規(guī)則聚集。淋巴結(jié)中無典型芽腫形成。眼可產(chǎn)生單一或多發(fā)性壞死灶。
