膠體金法檢測瘧疾測試紙 

本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。

【病原學(xué)檢測】

瘧疾檢測,用于檢測出虐疾的病原體——瘧原蟲，是明確診斷的zui直接證據(jù)。目前常用的層析法，具有操作簡單、靈敏度高和可鑒別蟲種等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛用于瘧疾的病原學(xué)診斷，是目前zui常用的方法之一。

瘧疾（Malaria）經(jīng)按蚊叮咬而感染瘧原蟲所引起的蟲媒傳染病。臨床以周期性寒戰(zhàn)、發(fā)熱、頭痛、出汗和貧血、脾腫大為特征。兒童發(fā)病率高，大都于夏秋季節(jié)流行。瘧原蟲寄生于人體所引起的傳染病。經(jīng)瘧蚊叮咬或輸入帶瘧原蟲者的血液而感染。不同的瘧原蟲分別引起間日瘧、三日瘧、惡性瘧及卵圓瘧。本病主要表現(xiàn)為周期性規(guī)律發(fā)作，全身發(fā)冷、發(fā)熱、多汗，長期多次發(fā)作后，可引起貧血和脾腫大。瘧疾是由瘧原蟲引起的寄生蟲病，于夏秋季發(fā)病較多。在熱帶及亞熱帶地區(qū)一年四季都可以發(fā)病，并且容易流行。

中國解放前，每年至少有3000萬以上瘧疾病人，病死率約為1％。解放后在1954年、1960年和1970年曾發(fā)生三次大范圍的瘧疾暴發(fā)流行，對工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民身體健康造成巨大危害。經(jīng)過多年的積極防治，近幾年瘧疾發(fā)病人數(shù)已控制在20萬－30萬例。中國常見的是間日瘧，惡性瘧主要流行于海南、云南二省，其余各省有少數(shù)輸入病例，三日瘧和卵形瘧已罕見。中國的瘧區(qū)大多分布在海拔1500米以下地帶；北緯33度以北地區(qū)傳播發(fā)生在7月至11月間，北緯33度至北緯25度間地區(qū)傳播發(fā)生在5月至12月間，北緯25度以南地區(qū)全年均有傳播發(fā)生。黑龍江、吉林、內(nèi)蒙、甘肅、北京、寧夏、青海、新疆（除伊犁河谷地帶）以及西藏（除雅魯藏布江河谷的zui東南端）目前已不存在瘧疾流行的危險性。
 
在熱帶和亞熱帶國家與地區(qū)，瘧疾流行仍很嚴(yán)重。非洲撒哈拉沙漠以南地區(qū)、中南美洲、印度次大陸、東南亞以及太平洋島國地區(qū)尤甚，每年發(fā)病人數(shù)約1.5億－2億，死亡人數(shù)約150萬－270萬。抗氯喹惡性瘧原蟲廣泛存在于熱帶地區(qū)，特別是亞馬遜地區(qū)和東南亞國家。抗氯喹間日瘧原蟲存在于巴布亞－新幾內(nèi)亞、瓦努阿圖，印度尼西亞和緬甸的部分地區(qū)也有報告。

Most of the malaria endemic areas in China are located at an altitude of 1,500 meters below sea level. In the area north of 33 degrees north latitude, the spread occurs between July and November. Between 33 degrees north latitude and 25 degrees north latitude, the spread occurs between May and December. Latitude 25 Degree south of the year have occurred throughout the year. Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Beijing, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang (except the Ili Valley) and Tibet (the most southeastern tip of the Yarlung Zangbo Valley) no longer have the malaria epidemic.
 
In tropical and sub-tropical countries and areas, the malaria epidemic is still very serious. Especially in sub-Saharan Africa, Central and South America, the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia and the Pacific island countries, the number of cases in the world is about 150 million to 200 million and the death toll is about 1.5 million to 2.7 million. Resistant to chloroquine Plasmodium falciparum widespread in the tropics, especially in the Amazon and Southeast Asian countries. Anti-chloroquine P. vivax is also reported in parts of Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Indonesia and Myanmar.
